All documents must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the game date:

• All tenants must sign lease

• Applications from all tenants

• Applications from each guarantor

• Continuing Guarantee Form or I-20 (if applicable) from each tenant

• 2 Forms of ID from each tenant
   (School ID, Driver's License, or Passport)

• Full Security Deposit is due when signing your lease

• We only accept payments in the form of a US Certified Cashier's Check,  Travel's Check, or Money Order made payable to Property Management Associates. Your name and complete address of your new apartment/house, as well as unit number, must be written on the front of the payment
