Delete Roommate

• If you decide to add or delete a tenant, there is a $75.00 administrative fee payable in advance per tenant, per occurrence.
• Each additional roommate must follow the normal leasing process and receive final approval from management before their name can be added to the lease.
• The Security Deposit remains with the unit until the unit is vacated.
