ADD / DELETE ROOMMATE

If you decide to add or delete a tenant, there is a $125.00 administrative fee payable in advance per tenant, per occurrence.
Each additional roommate must follow the normal leasing process and receive final approval from management before their name can be added to the lease.
The Security Deposit remains with the unit until the unit is vacated.
