Moving Out
- You and your Guarantor are responsible for paying rent through the end of your lease term even if you decide to move out early.
- You or your roommate, must return all keys and remotes to the leasing office.
- Every resident must complete a Move-Out Form at the time of Move
Out. Please provide an appropriate forwarding address.
- If you decide to move out prior to the termination of your lease and have an approved prospect, there will be an administrative fee of $150 per person per occurrence.
- If you decide to add or delete a tenant, there is a $75.00 administrative fee payable in advance per person per occurrence.
- You will be given the option to have an inspection with your Community Manager two weeks prior to your scheduled move out date. The purpose of this inspection is to notify you of any possible deductions against your Security Deposit. Your manager will notify you of this option once your 30-Day Notice to vacate has been
received.
