Dear Residents,

It has been our pleasure to serve you and we hope we have provided you with excellent service throughout your stay.  If your lease expires between May 31st and August 15, 2010, and you have not renewed your lease for another term, outlined below is information that will help you with your move.

To ensure an easy and seamless move out, we would like to inform you of our move-out procedures:

• Minimum two weeks prior to the termination of your lease agreement, you will be given the Notice of Inspection Prior to Termination of Residency. This form must be signed and returned to the office via fax, email or in person.  (See sample of the Inspection form).

• You are not required to be present at the time of this inspection but it is preferred. 

• If you wish to refuse this service, please indicate it on the form.

• Due to the number of move-outs in a 30-day to 60-day period, rescheduling will be extremely difficult

• You will receive a forty-eight hour notice that will remind you of this inspection.

MOVE OUT DAY:

On the day of your move out, place the attached Refund Verification Form (top portion must be completed), with ALL copies of keys, TV remotes, parking stickers, and remotes (if applicable) in a zip lock bag. Deliver the bag including the form and all requested items above. Make sure to get a receipt for the items delivered. Keep in mind that if all items are not returned you will be assessed a charge.
