First Choice Housing

In order to assist you in determining an emergency from a normal service request, please see below the situations that management would consider an emergency.

After-Hour Emergencies are:

1. Water flooding any area of the apartment.
2. Fire Sprinkler activation.
3. To report after-hour emergencies, you may contact the office for the emergency on call person at 213.765.3330. In order to reach our on-call maintenance technician, you must listen to the outgoing message on the voicemail and follow instructions accordingly.
4. Fire or suspected fire (please call Fire Department 911 first)
5. Life/Safety Issues that require medical, police or other emergency responders, call 911.
6. For all situations involving fire or criminal activity, please call 911 or DPS accordingly at 213-740-4321 (emergency)
   or 213-740-6000 (non-emergency).

Any other calls or requests are not considered emergencies and will be handled during regular business hours.

PLEASE NOTE — Lockouts are not an emergency.
